OneStopTB Clinics

A 'One-Stop-Shop' against TB

The OneStopTB clinic enables highly efficient TB screening. OneStopTB is a mobile solution that can reach remote, and frequently underserved, areas for prevalence surveys and TB case finding. The clinic consists of a shielded standard 20ft container equipped with a lead digital X-ray scanning and control room, a laboratory for smear or Xpert tests, an optional battery pack, grid connection, solar power, a power generator and air-conditioning, UV lights and ventilation windows. A diagnostic viewing station for clinicians supported by CAD4TB software and smear microscopy or GeneXpert, enables on-site detection of TB. The OneStopTB clinic can be positioned at any location or fitted on a truck as it is self supporting in terms of electrical power and water. Each clinic is tailor-made. Therefore the clinic lay-out is flexible and can be adjusted according to the preferences of the customer.

Easy DR Digital X-ray

Easy DR Digital X-ray

The DelftDI EasyDR is not just another digital X-ray machine but the EasyDR has been developed especially for harsh conditions. It is designed to make high quality, low dose digital X-rays and it is easier to operate, less resource demanding and environmentally friendly, equipped with Teleradiology options for remote diagnosis, and more affordable due to the lower cost per image. The innovative RemoteXS software allows medical images to be sent via a standard mobile network or internet connection for central reading and/or storage.
The unit is composed of few components making it robust/shockproof and easy to service.

Additional Specifics

The heart of the system consists of a CANON CXDI flat panel detector. This detector has proven its reliability in the field of radiology worldwide, including use on the African continent. The system is equipped with a large imaging area for low dose fast image capture without the need to adjust the detector orientation. An on-screen preview image is available in just 3 seconds after exposure. The small footprint of the Easy DR allows the unit to be placed in virtually any room. Just 6 square meters are required for all components. Additionally no darkroom is needed making the operational costs considerably lower than an analogue X-ray unit. The EasyDR can be connected with a Picture Archive and Communication system (PACS) and a dedicated (TB) viewer. The DVD backup of the images allows for virtual unlimited storage capacity of image data. A battery power pack with inverter capable of >6 hours continuous operation without the need for external grid power.

EasyPortable Digital X-ray

EasyPortable Digital X-ray

The EasyPortable is a true portable X-ray system for medical use. Easy transportation due to its light weight (as little as 75 kg) and hassle free positioning of X-ray generator and detector enabling easy integration.

Additional Specifics

Similar to the EasyDR, the heart of the system consists of a CANON CXDI flat panel detector. The even smaller footprint of the EasyPortable allows the unit to be placed in virtually any location. Just 4 square meters are required for all components. The whole system comes in three ransport flight cases allowing easy and safe transport. Unpacking and setup of the system can be done in just 15 minutes. The EasyPortable can be connected with a Picture Archive and Communication system (PACS) and a dedicated (TB) viewer all installed on a rugged portable laptop. DVD backup of the images allows for virtual unlimited storage capacity of image data. A battery power pack with inverter capable of >4 hours continuous operation without the need for external grid power can be added.
