 International (jr) project manager (medical equipment/services)


Description

 The (jr) project manager we are looking for is responsible for several different projects and sales related activities. Before, during and after the sales. The (jr) project manager develops and maintains close contact with prospects, clients and distributors. The (jr) project manager negotiates agreements with new clients, but also existing customers, and manages the client’s needs. The (jr) project manager is willing to learn all about our several solutions, e.g. the computer aided detection software and the technique behind it.


Responsibilities

Manage projects: e.g. tenders, subsidies. Responsible for acquisition, sales quota, forecasting, target performance with regard to the before mentioned products, services and solutions. Proactive prospecting. Build sustainable customer relationships. Manage local distributors. Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts. Identify new developments and turn them into business opportunities. Support new product launches. Manage after sales processes. Attend congresses, summits and other promotional activities.


Educational background and profile

College or university degree, ideally in one of the following fields: commercial, biomedical, medical imaging. Experience in the biomedical and / or medical imaging field is preferred. Experience in field of Sales is preferred. Excellent communication skills. Fluent in at least Dutch and English, French is preferred. Commercially driven. Ability to work independently, but also feel comfortable in small team. Knowledge of the African market is preferred (yet business is not limited to African market). Willingness to learn about our products and software and make the technology your own. Willingness to travel.

Project Coordinator (medical equipment/services)

Description

The person we are looking for has a technical background and is responsible for planning and managing the international order-process. As project coordinator he/she is the link between our Delft sales team and our partners, suppliers and manufacturers. He/she is willing to learn all about our products and besides the project coordination can also answer questions about X-ray machines, OneStopTB clinics and CAD4TB Software, our current product portfolio.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the total project from sales specifications till the delivery at the customer site. We work with the project bureau of our partner Oldelft Benelux. Our project coordinator oversees all sales specifications and makes sure, together with the project bureau of Oldelft Benelux, that we meet these specifications. Responsible for optimizing order cycles. Resolve problems. Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, project bureau and partners.

Educational background and profile

3-5 years experience as project coordinator or project manager. Technical background, degree in technical engineering. Experience with X-Ray is preferred. Excellent communication skills. Fluent in at least Dutch and English. Ability to work independently, but also feel comfortable in small team. Knowledge of the African market is preferred (yet business is not limited to African market).
